Key areas I worked on:
Card management (adding virtual and physical cards) – I designed clear step-by-step flows for attaching existing cards and issuing new ones. Special attention was paid to error cases, states (loading, success, failure), and accessibility for different user segments.
Visa card application flow – I designed a full process for applying for a Visa card directly in the app, including form simplification, progress indicators, KYC requirements, and confirmation screens. The goal was to reduce drop-off during the application process and make it easy to track the status.
ATM & branch locator – I helped build an interactive section where users could find nearby ATMs and service points. I designed filtering options, map markers, detailed location cards, and navigation links to external maps.
Pick-up point (ПВЗ) card delivery – I created UX flows for ordering a card and choosing a convenient pick-up location. We worked on reservation logic, address selection, and confirmation to ensure users clearly understood when and where their card would be available.
Onboarding screens – I redesigned the onboarding flow to make the first-time experience smooth and informative. We tested different scenarios, adjusted visual hierarchy, simplified step logic, and increased conversion to registration and activation.
