I’m a product designer with a background that spans from fast-paced agency work to building and scaling complex digital products in telecom and fintech.
I started my career at a German agency, designing custom websites for a wide range of clients. This experience shaped my ability to quickly adapt, work across different industries, and deliver high-quality design under tight timelines. It gave me a strong visual foundation and a deep understanding of how to translate business needs into user-facing solutions.
Later, I transitioned into product teams, where I moved beyond visual design into full-cycle product thinking. At Uztelecom, I worked on internal systems and operator tools, focusing on improving efficiency, simplifying workflows, and supporting business growth through better UX decisions.
At Uzum Bank, my role evolved significantly. I didn’t just design interfaces — I built decisions on top of research. Every feature, flow, and improvement was grounded in UX insights. I conducted user interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and motivations.
I focused on identifying opportunities to improve key product metrics — from activation and conversion to retention. Instead of relying on assumptions, I validated hypotheses through research and data, ensuring that each design decision contributed to measurable impact.
This approach allowed me to bridge the gap between user needs and business goals — creating experiences that are not only intuitive but also effective.
From early concepts to shipped products, I define, design, and iterate with a clear goal: to build products that solve real problems and drive meaningful results.
