1. Research Goal
The main goal of this study was to evaluate how intuitive and user-friendly the ATM discovery and usage flow is in the Uzum Bank mobile application.
We aimed to understand:
Whether users can easily find the ATM section in the app
How clear and usable the filtering system is
How users interpret ATM icons (e.g., working vs non-working ATMs)
Whether users can confidently choose an ATM for cash withdrawal or top-up
