1. Research Goal

The main goal of this study was to evaluate how intuitive and user-friendly the ATM discovery and usage flow is in the Uzum Bank mobile application.

We aimed to understand:

  • Whether users can easily find the ATM section in the app

  • How clear and usable the filtering system is

  • How users interpret ATM icons (e.g., working vs non-working ATMs)

  • Whether users can confidently choose an ATM for cash withdrawal or top-up
