Uztelecom is the largest telecommunications provider in Uzbekistan, delivering nationwide services such as mobile communication, broadband internet, and digital television. The company plays a key role in developing the country’s digital infrastructure and serves millions of users across the nation.
In my role, I contributed to the development of an internal admin panel (dashboard) for Uztelecom operators. I designed a user-friendly and efficient interface that enabled operators to process incoming customer requests faster and with greater accuracy, improving overall operational efficiency and service quality.
Uztelecom operates one of the most extensive telecommunications networks in the region, with a large-scale fiber-optic infrastructure and a strong focus on innovation, including the expansion of high-speed internet and next-generation technologies.

The VFM (Workforce Management) system at Uztelecom is a dashboard designed for call center operators to manage their daily workflows, performance, and schedules in one place.
Schedule Management
Operators can view and manage their work schedules, including assigned shifts, working hours, and upcoming tasks for the day, helping them stay organized and plan efficiently.
